Shipping Policy

Most of our products can be shipped nationwide. This excludes our hampers and plants, as we cannot guarantee that they will arrive in still intact. Deliveries to Glen Innes, Inverell, Armidale, Guyra and Tenterfield are same-day delivery provided the order is received before 10am.

Return & Exchange Policy

We pride ourselves in our products leaving our store in perfect condition. If a product arrives broken, scratched, bent or other, please contact immediately and we will arrange for a replacement or in-store credit. If you change your mind, items can be returned to us at your own cost, we will then issue an in-store credit.
